Paws in the Park – Annual Fundraiser

Join us for our annual celebration of House of Hope’s mission, volunteers, and of course, dogs! There will be a 1 mile walk (leashed dogs are welcomed!) to support our cause, as well as vendors, raffles, food trucks, and activities for the whole family. Our mission wouldn’t be possible without your continued support – we truly hope to see you at the North East Community Park on Saturday, September 12, from 9 AM to 3 PM.

The walk will begin at 10:15 AM. In-person registration begins at 9:00 AM the day of the walk, but you can register online in advance using our event page. Registration is $30 per adult/$10 per child

👑🐾 Introducing Our King of the Walk — Griffin! 🐾👑

Folks, this year I have chosen a very special boy to be Our King of the Walk—King Griffin! 👑❤️

Each year, we choose a King or Queen who represents what House of Hope is all about, and this year, there was no question in my mind that Griffin was the perfect choice.

Griffin sat in a very high-kill shelter with a fractured pelvis, waiting for someone to see him, believe in him, and give him a chance. And so many people did just that. ❤️

His story touched the hearts of everyone involved—from the people who fought to save him, to those who helped care for him, and the incredible people who helped transport him to safety. Griffin didn’t just capture our attention… he captured our hearts.

He is truly a very special dog, and we are honored to have him represent House of Hope this year.

So, everyone, please join us in welcoming King Griffin! 👑🐶❤️

Long live the King! 👑🐾
