House of Hope is a fully foster-based rescue.
We do not operate a central shelter. Instead, every dog in our care lives in a loving foster home where they are treated like family.
In foster homes, our dogs receive individualized attention, medical care, and guidance in learning house manners. Most importantly, they’re given the time and space to decompress from shelter life and begin to feel safe again.
To continue saving dogs from high-kill shelters, we depend on dedicated foster families. Fosters don’t just provide a safe place to stay — they help us truly get to know each dog’s personality, preferences, and ideal home environment. This insight is invaluable and plays a crucial role in finding the perfect forever match.
We provide everything you need — food, medical care, crates, and supplies. You provide the love, time, and a safe space.
Fostering is temporary, flexible, deeply rewarding, and one of the most impactful ways to support our mission — right from your own home.
If you’re ready to make a life-saving difference, complete the foster application form and a member of our volunteer team will be in touch soon. We can’t do this without you! 🐾
